NTPC is looking for experienced professionals as Deputy Managers in the area of Project Erection/Construction at E4 level.

Electronics with at least 60% marks from a recognized University/
Institution.

Number of Posts: 50Posts
Qualification: B.E/B. Tech Degree in Mechanical/Production with at
least 60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
Post Name: Deputy Manager (C&I Erection)
Number of Posts: 10 Posts
Qualification: B.E/B. Tech Degree in Electronics/Control &
Instrumentation / Instrumentation with at least 60% marks from a
recognized University/Institution.
Post Name: Deputy Manager(Civil Construction)
Number of Posts: 30 Posts
Qualification: B.E/B. Tech Degree in Civil/Construction with at least
60% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
Experience Profile for all the Posts:
Minimum 10 years of post-qualification executive experience (including training/ trainee period, if any) in respective areas of the Power Sector, out of which a minimum 5 years of executive experience in the erection & commissioning of systems related to Mechanical/Electrical/C&I/Civil.
Experience Requirement for all posts:
Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience (including training/trainee period, if any) in the executive cadre in a Govt./Public Sector Undertaking or Private company of repute, out of which minimum 02 years’ experience in the post and scale of Rs. 60000 – 180000 or above (IDA pay scale of E3 grade or above of NTPC effective from 01.01.2017) or equivalent level/post prole. The candidate from the private sector should also submit form 16 of the previous employer of FY: 22-23 related to the income tax return.

Eligibility Criteria:
To apply for the Deputy Manager position, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

A full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/C&I) with a minimum 65% marks

Post-qualification executive work experience of at least 3 years in large industrial organizations

Age limit – 30 years
Candidates in the final year of BE/B.Tech can also apply, subject to meeting the above criteria at the time of joining.
Selection Process:
The selection will comprise two stages – preliminary screening followed by a final round.

Preliminary screening will shortlist candidates based on eligibility

Final selection will be through an interview
The interviews will assess technical knowledge, communication abilities, aptitude and overall suitability for the Deputy Manager role.
